IB Diploma Programme

The IB Diploma Programme is an international education governed by the IB in the Hague. You can find IB World Schools, offering the IB Diploma programme, all over the world. The IB Diploma Programme is an upper-secondary education preparing the students for university and is therefore very academic in nature.

The IB Diploma Programme was started at seven schools around the world back in 1968 in order to offer an international educational programme for teenagers traveling the world with their parents.

Since then the IB has grown immensely and has now four educational programmes from kindergarten to 12th grade at around 3,500 schools in about 150 countries and both national and international students attend the programmes.

At many universities around the world they highly appreciate IB Diploma Programme students.
